Imagine

you are heaven
vast and endless
nothing and all at once

now
your anxiety, this fear
all the terror and pain
are the thunderstorms
the hurricanes and cyclones
that bring death and destruction

but
they are wind and water
they flow and pass
and in their destruction
they bring the seeds of life

so
stay calm and breathe
receive the air
drink the water
and be patient

because
the sun - its light and warmth
they travel through space and time
just for you
to bring love
for these seeds to grow
